🧠 How It Works
Enter:
- Total population of the district
- Population of the block
- District-level value of the indicator (e.g., number of schools)
The tool will estimate the block-level equivalent using a simple proportional share.
📍 Assumes uniform distribution across blocks unless better data is available.
